League Members

League Members can be added or removed until the season expires.  Guests and non-player adminstrators do not count against the subscription max.  Each league is allowed up to 20 guests and 20 non-player adminstrators.

Adding a New League Member

  1. Select Members from the league menu.
  2. Select Add a New League Member from the Tools menu.
  3. Select the add member option from the menu on the left best suits your needs.
  4. Enter the required information and league role .

NOTE: For a League Members results from past seasons to be carried through to current and future seasons, they must sign into MyGolfLeagueManager with the same email address.  Therefore, DO NOT add a new user account for a League Member who has participated in past seasons.

Removing a League Member

  1. Select Members from the league menu.
  2. Select the League Member that you wish to remove from the menu on the left.
  3. Select Delete this League Member from the Tools menu.
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

NOTE: League Members who have results entered or are scheduled in any matches cannot be deleted.

Updating a Members Role

  1. Select League Info > Members from the league menu.
  2. Select the League Member that you want to update from the menu on the left.
  3. Click the Edit button on the member details.
  4. Select the new league role .
  5. Click the Save button to save your changes.
