League Members

League Members can be added or removed until the season expires. Guests and non-player adminstrators do not count against the subscription max. Each league is allowed up to 20 guests and 20 non-player adminstrators.

Adding a New League Member

Select Members from the league menu.
Select Add a New League Member from the Tools menu.

Select the add member option from the menu on the left best suits your needs.

Add Member Option	Description	Best Used For
Invitation Email	Creates an Invitation for the Member and sends them an email with instructions on how to accept the invitation.	New Member
User Account Search	Allows you to search for an existing MyGolfLeagueManager user account by their email address and add them to your league immediately. An email will be sent to the new member informing them that they have been added to your league.	New Member
Create a User Account	Allows you to create a new MyGolfLeagueManager user account and add them to your league immediately.	New Member
Add a Past Member	Allows you to add a member from a past season.	Past Member
Create a Fill-In Member	Allows you to create a new MyGolfLeagueManager user account without an email address and add them to your league immediately. This option should only be used when the Member does not have email address or will NEVER sign into MyGolfLeagueManager.	New Member
Add a Past Fill-In Member	Allows you to add a Fill-In Member from past season.	Past Member

Enter the required information and league role .

Role	Description	Max Per Season
Guest	View-only access to league information and settings Cannot be used in Weekly Play or Events Does not count against the league subscription	20
Non-Player Adminstrator	Adminstrator access to league information and settings Cannot be used in Weekly Play or Events Does not count against the league subscription	20
Player	View-only access to league information and settings Can be used in Weekly Play or Events Counts against the league subscription	Based on subscription level
Player Administrator	Administrator access to league information and settings Can be used in Weekly Play or Events Counts against the league subscription	Based on subscription level

NOTE: For a League Members results from past seasons to be carried through to current and future seasons, they must sign into MyGolfLeagueManager with the same email address. Therefore, DO NOT add a new user account for a League Member who has participated in past seasons.

Removing a League Member

Select Members from the league menu.
Select the League Member that you wish to remove from the menu on the left.
Select Delete this League Member from the Tools menu.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.

NOTE: League Members who have results entered or are scheduled in any matches cannot be deleted.

Updating a Members Role

Select League Info > Members from the league menu.
Select the League Member that you want to update from the menu on the left.
Click the Edit button on the member details.

Select the new league role .

Click the Save button to save your changes.
