Point Categories

MyGolfLeagueManager automatically tracks handicap, gross score, adjusted gross score and net score. However, most leagues also track other points that are accumulated throughout the season. Point Categories allow you define up to six of these categories. Each player's point totals will be displayed on the leaderboard. Point Categories can be added and modified until the season is complete.

Adding a New Point Category

Select Settings > Point Categories from the league menu.
Select Add a New Point Category from the Tools menu.
Enter the name of the Point Category (this name must be unique).

Select the desired data type .

Select whether or not the Point Category is the primary Category. The leaderboard on the league home page will be sorted by the primary Category. There can only be one primary catgory.
Click the Add button to save the new Category.

Type	Description
Integer	This type of Point Category store whole numbers.
Decimal	This type of Point Category stores up to 2 decimal places.
Money	This type of Point Category stores a dollar amount.

Updating a Point Category

Select Settings > Point Categories from the league menu.
Select the Point Category that you wish to edit from the menu on the left.
Select Edit this Point Category from the Tools menu.
Make the desired changes.
Click the Save button to save your changes.

Deleting a Point Category

Select Settings > Point Categories from the league menu.
Select the Point Category that you wish to delete from the menu on the left.
Select Delete this Point Category from the Tools menu.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.
