Email

Emails can be sent directly from MyGolfLeagueManager to all league members, some league members or an individual member.  Emails can be sent until the season expires.

Sending an Email to a Group of League Members

  1. Select Communication > Email from the league menu.
  2. Select the recipient(s) of the email (descriptions below).
  3. Enter the subject.
  4. Enter the message body.  The message can be up to 1000 characters.
  5. Click the Send button to send the email message.
Recipient(s) Description
All League Members All league members except for guests.
League Admins Player and non-player adminstrators.
League Owner The league member who purchased the season subscription.

Sending an Email to an Individual League Member

  1. Select League Info > Members from the league menu.
  2. Select the league member to whom you wish to send the email to from the menu on the left.
  3. Click the email address link in the member details.  Your systems default email client should open allowing you to send an email to the member.
